1-2-3 Bean Burrito
This recipe is so easy, I wouldn’t even call it cooking… it’s more like just throwing a couple of ingredients together. However, the results are absolutely delicious!
2 tablespoons good quality salsa from a jar
1/3 can chili beans
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 flour tortilla
Combine the salsa, chili beans and cheese in a small bowl. Spoon down the center of the tortilla. Roll the side of the tortilla up and place, seam side down, on a microwavable plate. Microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes on high, and serve immediately. So good!
Tip: You may need to heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds to make it flexible and easier to manipulate.
