Annette’s Easy Coleslaw

A good, plain coleslaw that’s very easy to make. Delicious on veggie burgers!
Ingredients:
1 bag shredded cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Direction:
Combine all ingredients and serve. Can be refrigerated for several days.
Note: Red wine vinegar works very well.

I love a good, simple coleslaw. I like the idea of putting it on veggie burgers, I had never thought of that before.
