Fancy Corn Salad, 3 Ways

I always get compliments on this corn salad. No one can believe how amazingly easy it is.
1 can corn, well drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
Ken’s Italian Salad Dressing, to taste
Combine the corn, onion and green pepper in a medium bowl. Add the salad dressing, to taste. Chill before serving.
Easier Corn Salad: This corn salad tastes almost as good even without the veggies. If you’re pressed for time, just add the dressing and skip the green pepper and onion.
Very Veggie Corn Salad: Add 2 tablespoons chopped red pepper and/or chopped tomato to the salad.
