I first tasted this delicious and healthy snack in the central bus station in Jerusalem. Since then, I found that Nava Atlas has almost the exact recipe in Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet.
2 cups of mixed coarsely chopped fruit
4-6 ounces of vanilla yogurt
good quality granola
Place the fruit in a bowl. Top with yogurt and then granola.
