Semi-Healthy Apple And Raisin Noodle Kugel

I love noodle kugel but I usually try to avoid it due to the high fat content. This recipe substitutes applesauce for the fat and the kugel still tastes delicious.
1 package flat wide noodles, cooked al dente and well drained
2 snack size containers unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tart green apples, coursely diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Spray two small pans with Pam. Combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered, in 180 degree oven, till golden brown.
Variation: To make the kugel tastier (but less healthy) add 1/2 cup melted margarine before baking.
