Craft supplies have a well deserved reputation for being pricey. Tiny packages of stickers cost almost $4.00. Rubber stamps sell for $3.00 – $10.00. And, worst of all, good quality scrapbooking paper costs $1.00 on up.

You don’t have to pay these prices, though. Your local dollar store is a treasure trove of craft supplies, all costing a dollar. You may not get the same quality at the dollar store as in an expensive craft store, but in most cases, you will get close to it. Those items that are generally of poor quality are marked with an *.
