Question On Choosing A Pattern Size

I’m not sure I gave this reader the answer she was looking for, but nonetheless, I do believe it is the best alternative.

Question:  I need a sewing pattern of 20 neck size,  34 sleeve size, 40 waist size,  and a 46 chest size. Do you know of any?

Answer: It will be extremely difficult to locate a commercial sewing pattern with your exact body measurements. Why not draft your own?

Almost every pattern on the Weekend Designer site, is based on your own dimensions.

Here are a couple of easy-to-draft patterns to make for the coming summer months:

Browse the site and you will find plenty more patterns that are quick to draft. Just avoid patterns with complicated mathematical formulas.
